- Wellness From Within is a private health counseling company. Our goal is to support people, through private counseling, by giving them the tools they need to create a healthy body and mind through a whole foods diet and lifestyle. I teach clients how to live their healthiest life through diet and lifestyle changes. I have specialized knowledge in digestive diseases such as Celiac, IBS and Colitis and weight loss without deprivation. I believe there is no one diet that works for everyone. It is my goal to help clients find a way of eating that fits them, their bodies, and their life.
